Q)  I can use my employer’s vehicle for personal use. If I am hurt in a car accident using that vehicle, who will pay my medical bills?

A) If you are hurt while you are riding in your employer’s vehicle, if it is furnished to you for your regular use, oddly enough under Minnesota law your employer’s insurance company will have to pay for the wage loss benefits and the medical benefits.
